Las Olas River House is a high-rise, luxury condo building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Located on the banks of the historic New River, this prestigious building is only one block from the popular Las Olas Boulevard.

Construction for Las Olas River House was completed in 2004, with 287 residences over 42 floors. Until 2017, it was the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale.
