Built a New Pool Club (4 ½ acres) with a Lazy River and 2 - three story slides, 2 Pools, Kids Splash Pad and Indoor Playground, Wave Rider, 3 Bars, a Restaurant and several Retail Spaces

Built 5 New Restaurants and 4 bars within the Original 1926 Cloisters building and adjacent Palm Court
